We continue to have outbreaks of hospital-acquired infection and previous audits have highlighted that infection control procedures need to be improved upon.
Please ensure high standards are maintained at all times and challenge poor practice. If poor practice is witnessed staff will be issued with a warning notice. If standards do not then improve this could lead to disciplinary action.
