All our emergency admissions should be treated as ‘High Risk’ MRSA prophylaxis/treatment status as well as next review date should be completed daily on the pink Care Bundle forms.
Please note that patients allergic to peanuts should NOT be prescribed naseptin – though this is not routinely used for prophylaxis
