Now we have moved to VDI, you need to setup printer connections  for your own profile once, rather than per computer.

Follow steps to correctly connect to 4E Doctors Printer PRWS28951 ;

  • Left click on Windows Start button
  • Left click on Devices and Printers
  • Left click on Add printer
  • Left click on Add network, wireless or Bluetooth printer
  • Left click on The printer that I want isn’t listed
  • Left click on Select a shared printer by name
  • Type in \\RL1VMPRN02\PRWS28951into the select a shared printer box
  • Left click Next
  • Printer will connect
  • Check default is double sided printing
  • Select as default printer if you wish
